  • Houses may be purchased off plan or during the course of construction.
  • The purchaser will buy the land and home as one package, but the form of contract and level of stamp duty will vary depending on when in the build process the purchase is made.
  • Pre-construction purchases will incur stamp duty on the land only.
  • All houses will have an interior design package with a choice of finishes and fixtures.
  • BCQS will work with the client to coordinate the purchase within pre agreed budget allowances.
  • On signing of contracts, BCQS will require a deposit payment and the subsequent payments to be made at intervals during the construction process.
  • Alternative construction financing options may be available from BCQS.
  • BCQS will undertake the complete design, planning, building approval and construction of your home ensuring the delivering a beautiful home to your satisfaction.
  • Each house is a unique design by local designers.
  • Designs are energy efficient, modern and of high quality specification.
  • Each home is engineered to withstand an ‘Ivan’ type hurricane with the ground floor slab set above sea level, impact rated windows and doors, concrete wall, upper floor and roof construction.
